1. Color print the photocopy.
2. Notarize copy of the document in New York with an apostille affidavit.
3. Certify notarization at the County Clerk.
4. Obtain an apostille form the  New York Secretary of State.
5. Send your apostilled document back to you via FedEx.

Choose this option if:

• You need the apostille in 24 hours.

• The document is missing proper notarization.
• You do NOT have the original document, you only have a photocopy.
