We apostille photocopies of Certificates of Incorporations
How to apostille Certificates and Articles of Incorporation?
Certificates of incorporation are issued by the Secretary of State. Certificates can be issued digitally or in paper form depending on the issuing State. In order for your business to conduct business activities overseas it is often required for you to file an apostille copy of your Articles of Incorporation (for corporations) or Organization (for limited liability companies). An apostille is the legal process to legalize documents for international usage.
Apostilles validate the document’s country of origin, identities of the signatories, place and dates of certification and the signatures of the authorities issuing the certificates.
Why do I need to Apostille my Business documents?
To establish your business intentionally and to open a bank account. Please note that other requirements may also apply. Some countries require certified copies of your Articles of Incorporation/Organization with a gold seal (Specially in the case of Delaware corporations).
Please send me a scanned copy of your documents for review to: firstname.lastname@example.org, I will be happy to review them for you.
In some cases it is advisable to request new “fresh” copies of the documents in case the receiving county would like to see recent versions.
